Nepean Celebrants

Nepean Celebrants is a collaboration of two dedicated and talented and professional male Commonwealth Registered/Authorised Marriage Celebrants who support each other to ensure we each provide the best service and ceremony possible from the mountains to the sea.
Phil only conducts weddings in the Blue Mountains and is passionate about elopement style weddings at some of our stunning lookouts.
Lou covers the south coast where there are incredible retreats and over 100 beautiful beaches.
