Multi Award Winning Self Contained House

Nestled alongside Australia's breathtaking Blue Mountains' World Heritage National Park, award-winning Poet's Cottage offers elegant accommodation with the charm of a bygone era, only 90 minutes from Sydney.

For all our guests, thankfully Poet's Cottage has not been affected by the fires. The fires and smoke have officially gone from the Blue Mountains as of 10.2.2020.

We hope to welcome you again soon.

Poet's Cottage is an idyllic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom self-contained holiday home, ideal for couples, friends and families.

Originally built in 1912, Poet's Cottage is located on the edge of the beautiful Valley of the Waters in historic Wentworth Falls - a 5-minute drive from charming Leura Village.

The cottage accommodates 2 to 7 guests.

This stylishly restored and extended 108-year-old property offers the best of both worlds - tranquility and quiet away from the tourist crowds yet Leura and Katoomba are just a quick drive away.

Self-contained, with plenty of pampering comforts, the cottage offers an open plan lounge and dining area with a new freestanding gas log fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. Snuggle up in the three bedrooms with two queen beds, one king single bed and two single beds.

Watch honey-eaters sip flower nectar while relaxing on your entertainment deck, or wander through the large garden before enjoying the beauty of the world heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park, which backs directly onto the property. Then return to the cottage for a pampering spa.

Poet's Cottage is ideal for couples, families, trekkers, nature and bird enthusiasts.

For a romantic, adventurous or family getaway of simple elegance and comfort, spoil yourself and enjoy all the Blue Mountains has to offer.

You will have the entire house to yourselves. You will not be sharing with anyone.
