Suzarosa

The building is a blend of an Australian woolshed barn, an American ranch house and a French farmhouse.  It is spacious and sophisticated yet warm, very comfortable and inviting.

The property is offered as a self-catering mountain getaway with accommodation for up to 13 people (in 5 large bedrooms), with exclusive use of the property during your stay.

It has 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath, 3 toilets) and multiple living spaces.

There are several flat screen televisions and a small but powerful Bose sound system.

Outside, adjacent to an enormous timber deck is a large gas barbeque area, flowing out to a large grassy expanse suitable for a game of cricket or soccer.

Children are welcome, but the property does not cater for pets and smoking is only outside.

Located 1 ½ hours drive from most parts of Sydney, the trip up is lovely in itself. Once beyond Richmond, the scenery takes over and is green and rolling all the way, until you arrive at Suzarosa. We are located between Bilpin and Mt Tomah, off Bells Line of Road. Look for the "Suzarosa" sign and address sign "17 Berambing Cres" on the right if coming from Sydney, as property numbers don't flow too well on our road. If you come at night, a sensor light will announce your arrival at the gate.
