Book into our School Holiday Family Ravioli class and learn how to make ravioli from scratch. Our dough contains NO EGG. The result – light fluffy pillows that cook in minutes and practically melt in your mouth. Guaranteed you will try this again at home.

Italian Cooking Classes:
Our classes range from bread making, pizza, filled pasta such as Agnolotti and Ravioli, baked vegetables, arancini and more.

If you can't make our scheduled dates, book your own private date.
These make great family bonding experiences. Book a class with us for your next Blue Mountains short break, whether for a weekend or a week. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

By train, Katoomba train station and town centre is a 5 minute drive away.
Public bus runs through our street, with nearest bus stop at MinneHaHa Road taking you into the town centre.
