Learn to make Baked Stuffed Vegetables: Sunday 5th July
Learn to make stuffed vegetables baked in the oven. Drizzled with olive oil and some of our homemade tomato sauce, these baked vegetables are a meal on their own!
While they are cooking, we'll snack on appetisers followed by a sit-down meal including a fresh salad and ending with a light dessert. Plus tea or espresso coffee.
Suitable for vegetarian diets. Vegan option available.

School Holidays Children's Pasta Class: Wednesday 9th July
Children will love this hands-on pasta making class where they will learn to knead dough, roll out pasta sheets and cut them into fettuccine strands. We will also make a few fun shapes by hand which is always a hit with kids. Parents may wait in our lounge room or sit on the deck if weather permits.

School Holidays Children's Biscuit Class: Thursday 10th July
Making our biscuits is lots of fun as we show your children how to twist the dough into a few of our traditional shapes. We start by showing the different ingredients needed, and they will measure them all out and combine them to make the dough. A great way to get kids interested in what they eat, this is a hands-on class that will bring out the little chef in your child.

Parents will love that we use way less sugar than store-bought. This an easy recipe that you can make at home. This class is ideally suited for children aged 8 to 16. However, an adult or older sibling may participate with the child. Or book it as a family activity.

Class includes meatball sandwiches or salad sandwiches for lunch, ice cream for the children. Participating adults get a glass of wine plus a take home bag of biscuits.

Our classes range from bread making, pizza, filled pasta such as Agnolotti and Ravioli, baked vegetables, arancini and more.

If you can't make our scheduled dates, book your own private date.
These make great family bonding experiences. Book a class with us for your next Blue Mountains short break, whether for a weekend or a week. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. 

Loads of fun, everyone takes part. Lunch included plus wine, dessert and a great lookout to the Blue Mtns National Reserve.

By train, Katoomba train station and town centre is a 5 minute drive away.
Public bus runs through our street, with nearest bus stop at MinneHaHa Road taking you into the town centre.
