Learn how to make gnocchi from scratch with potatoes and flour. NO EGG. The result is light fluffy gnocchi which are hard to beat! Plus we'll make our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce. Small class size.

Learn to make Lasagne: Sunday 9th March
Learn to make a basic pasta dough by hand, then roll into sheets with a pasta machine, before cutting to size. You will also learn to make the perfect tomato based sauce for this delicious oven baked dish. So that you have all you need to assemble your own lasagne tray, which you get to take home and cook. NB: Béchamel sauce is not traditional to our cuisine. Small class size.

Our classes range from bread making, pizza, filled pasta such as Agnolotti and Ravioli, baked vegetables, arancini and more.

If you can't make our scheduled dates, book your own private date.
These make great family bonding experiences. Book a class with us for your next Blue Mountains short break, whether for a weekend or a week. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. 

Loads of fun, everyone takes part. Lunch included plus wine, dessert and a great lookout to the Blue Mtns National Reserve.

Accessible by car from the Great Western Highway from Sydney.
By train, Katoomba train station and town centre is a 5 minute drive away.
Public bus runs through our street, with nearest bus stop at MinneHaHa Road taking you into the town centre.
