Lindsay's Cafe offers a popular lower Mountains dining experience. Located in the gardens and National Trust home of Norman Lindsay - famous Australian artist, sculptor, and author of the Magic Pudding. Open weekends 9am to 4pm, and weekdays from 10 till 3, this delightful cafe includes all day breakfast, delicious lunch, plus coffee, tea, and cakes for an afternoon stop. Food is fresh, prepared in house, and locally sourced. Evening weddings, monthly high teas, and dinners are a unique experience.

At Lindsay’s we believe in creating & serving real food, the kind you wake up early for, to make from scratch. The food we ourselves love to eat & enjoy with family and friends. We don’t compromise on quality, and we make everything we possibly can. From scones & pastries, to jams & chutneys, our chefs create & serve in house.

We take our time to create food full of flavour and love & if we don’t make it, we like to support other local businesses where we can. We source our products from suppliers who hold the same beliefs that we do; Fresh, local, seasonal & quality.  Our Wines, Ciders & beers are sourced from the Blue Mountains & wider Mudgee regions, and our Coffee from local passionate Roasters.

Private functions for evenings of up to 50 persons (75 on Canapes) are bookable throughout the year - common examples include weddings, christmas parties, christenings, birthdays and other large family and corporate occassions. We also provide specialist services such as Cakes or Photography on request.
