Created onsite in the beautiful Blue Mountains, our chocolates are made with beautiful FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED Belgian couverture chocolate.

We are passionate about our fresh chocolates at Josophan's, and refuse to compromise quality to extend the shelf life of our chocolates. Our chocolates, being freshly made, without the use of artificial flavours or preservatives.

Our fine chocolates are handcrafted … with a belief that the way we treat our chocolate ultimately benefits the end product.
