There are no common walls between any of the guestrooms - they are all separated by the lounge area which has an open log fire, CD stereo, board games, binoculars and a telescope to take full advantage of the panoramic views.

Attention to detail is particular, from the original artwork and Persian carpets through to the blockout curtains to ensure the perfect nights sleep.

One of the features of staying at Valley of the Waters Bed & Breakfast is that you can experience the mountains finest bushwalks from your doorstep, including the National Pass and the Wentworth Pass. These bushwalks start 50m away at the Conservation Hut Cafe and encompass many waterfalls,. rainforests, rugged sandstone cliffs and vast mountain ranges.
