BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK IN TIME: 2.00PM - CHECK OUT TIME:

- No personal cheques are accepted unless the payment is made 30 days before arrival.
- All rents are to be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy. We also request 25% deposit to be paid as confirmation of the booking.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is not refundable unless at least five weeks notice (in writing) of the cancellation is given, or, we are able to re-let the property for the period you have cancelled. In this case there would still be a handling fee of $25. (Note. Lucy’s Retreat & Hideaway if cancellation made 30days or less payment in full is retained unless we are able to re-let the property for the period you have cancelled. 2PM Check out on “Lucy’s Retreat” & “Lucy’s Hideaway” only.
After hours check-in, call out fee $25).
Additional Security Deposit $500 required on all Lucy’s bookings, refundable after satisfactory inspection after vacating.
- For after hours arrival we are happy to make special arrangements for this provided we have reasonable notice.
- Bookings are taken in good faith on behalf of our owners. We regret we cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes made by the landlords. In this event we would always endeavour to relocate you.
- The description of the premises by the agent to prospective tenants is made in good faith & no responsibility can be accepted for misrepresentation of the description or details of the property.
- Any complaints are to be in writing – we do appreciate your drawing these matters to our attention.
- Breakages, damages & lost keys are to be reported & paid for by the tenant.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE PREMISES.
- Several of our holiday properties stipulate “no smoking” & we request that this stipulation be adhered to.
- No responsibility is taken for tenant’s personal property left on the premises.
- The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated at the time of making the booking. Exceeding this number will render the tenant liable to cancellation of the booking or an additional charge.
- Noisy parties are not permitted.
- Any infringement of these conditions permits the owner or agent to refuse keys, amend rent of premises or immediately terminate the tenancy.
- ANY RECEIPT IS ISSUED SUBJECT TO CONSENT OF THE VENDOR, LANDLORD OR HIS AGENT.
