HOMESTEAD FEATURES
The homestead is fully furnished and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, TV room and separate formal lounge. Air-conditioned throughout with a lovely fireplace to enjoy on the cooler nights. An outdoor spa is located on the back deck so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful array of stars in the clear mountain sky.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are named after roses grown in the surrounding gardens. Each room has access to the veranda where you can relax and enjoy your country breakfast.
Mon Cherie
This is the most luxurious bedroom, containing king-size bed, personal ensuite and bay windows overlooking the beautiful homestead gardens.
Valencia and Julia
These two rooms contain queen-size beds and share the main bathroom. Views across the Blue Mountains.
Elina
This room is the smallest of the four with an outlook over the homestead gardens. It can be made available for larger groups if necessary.
Additional fold-out beds are available as required. All linen supplied.
Tariff
Bookings can be made for individual rooms or for exclusive use of the homestead.
Per night rates:
$150-$190 per individual (double) room
$450-$600 exclusive use of the homestead for up to 6 people
Extra bedding available (additional charges) for up to 10 people. Reduced rates apply for weekend bookings or extended stays.
Tariff includes country breakfast basket each morning containing fresh fruit, juice, cereal, bread and spreads, our own free-range eggs with bacon and tomatoes for you to enjoy at your leisure.
