Cancellation policy:

• Bookings will be taken with a 50% deposit by cheque or credit card (Visa, MC, BC)

• Cheques to be received within 7 days of booking

• Cancellations received up to 15 days in advance will attract an administration fee of 10% of total accommodation charge, and the deposit balance refunded.

• For cancellations received within 15 days in advance:
  Deposit forfeited if no replacement booking obtained
  If replacement booking obtained, an administration fee being 10% of total accommodation charge will be deducted, and the deposit balance refunded.

• In the event of failure to appear, the full cost of the accommodation will be charged.
