Arrival after 3.00pm ... Departure before 10.30am (extra charges after 10.30am)

Late checkout extra $60.00 per room until 1.00pm if available.

Additional person in same room $65 per night. Cot $15.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking payable by Credit card.

On receipt of your Credit card details, you will receive a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking can be transferred without penality if notice is given more than 28 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your arrival an administration charge of $50.00 applies. If you cancel 0 - 28 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. Part cancellation is not accepted. The Owner of Ramsgate Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavoidable circumstances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your deposit is affimation by you that you accept the following terms for your stay at Ramsgate Guesthouse. Balance by Card is processed 1 working day prior to arrival, personal cheque 7 days prior or cash on arrival. Your quoted rate is for domestic use only and not for commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for extra Guests or associated functions in the terms of cleaning, garbage removal, excess wear & tear, repairs etc. Variations to these conditions may only be made in writing prior to your booking.
