A local institution and a favourite with bushwalkers, The Hut is located in Blue Mountains National Park at the Valley of the Waters. We offer a wide range of dishes to suit all appetites. Before or after a walk enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with stunning views over the Jamieson Valley, hearty food and great coffee!

Open 7 days from 9am for breakfast, lunch and light snacks.

We are for breafast, hearty lunch's, tasty snacks and great coffee. During the summer months we extend our trading hours on weekends to offer a sunset dinner service. We offer a wide range of dishes to suit every appetite and have a large range of gluten-free and vegetarian options on all menus.

Come and dine on our large open verandah and enjoy the stunning views of the Jamison Valley or retreat to our intimate and very private smaller back verandah for those quieter moments. Inside The Hut there is an expansive floor area that can accommodate larger numbers making us an ideal venue for family celebrations or group functions.

Whether you're a group or a couple, going walking or just looking to dine with a view The Conservation Hut provides a relaxed atmosphere with award winning food, great coffee and friendly staff.

How To Get Here..

The Conservation Hut is located in Wentworth Falls overlooking the beautiful Jamison Valley within the Blue Mountains National Park. We are situated at the track head of the breathtaking Valley of the Waters with walks leading to Empress Falls, Wentworth Falls and the stunning National Pass track. Walk to us from the Wentworth Falls Picnic Area (end of Falls Road) on the Shortcut Track or drive via Falls Road and Fletcher Street.
