There are three bedrooms (one twin), modern kitchen, large dining and sitting room, laundry and bathroom. For your comfort there is a slow combustion fire, reverse cycle air conditioner, electric blankets on all beds, TV, VCR, and CD/radio.

There are books, magazines, CDs and videos and games. The kitchen is well equipped and basic necessities, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread etc are provided. All linen is supplied.

The Fish River runs through the property, only two minutes walk from the cottage. Here you may like to fish, swim in the deep natural waterhole, look for platypus or just sit and enjoy the scenery.

The Evans Crown Nature Reserve (wonderful for walking) and the towns of Oberon (with golf course on edge of Lake Oberon), Tarana, Rydal and O'Connell are close by. Trips further afield can take you to Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls, Rockley, Bathurst or Lithgow.
