Competition Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the BlueMountainsAustralia.com Peoples Choice Award ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Blue Mountains Web Pty Ltd ABN 26 063 399 851, trading as Stralia Web PO Box 268 Springwood NSW 2777. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who are:
- residents of Australia;
- not employees of the Promoter, BMBA Award Sponsors, BMBA Award organisers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members, (“Eligible Persons”).
The Promotion commences 12:00am AEST on 19/07/10 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 6/09/10. (“Promotional Period”).
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, vote for a Blue Mountains business within the 2010 Blue Mountains Business Advantage Awards electronically at www.bluemts.com.au/nominate.asp. All completed entries will go into the prize draw for the Promotion. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion. The prize draw for the Promotion will take place between 8pm and 10pm AEST on Friday 22 October 2010 at the Blue Mountains Business Advantage Awards Gala evening at the Fairmont Resort, 1 Sublime Point Road Leura NSW
