Parkview Apartment is an art deco apartment on the top floor of a heritage listed block in Lurline Street Katoomba. It has predominantly a sunny easterly aspect with panoramic views down to the Jamison Valley and it’s sandstone cliffs from most rooms and views over Kingsford –Smith Park from the other room.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed which can be converted into twin beds and one with a queen size bed. There is also a large fold up single bed and baby cot if required.

The living areas are spacious and comfortable and furnished with attractive art deco furniture. The apartment is rounded out by a well appointed bathroom and a kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher.

Only one block up to the top of the main street of Katoomba the apartment is perfectly situated for access to shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and the Carrington Hotel. It is a short three minute walk to Katoomba railway station.

Perfectly suited for couples or a family for a mountain holiday.
