Gourmet Dining
Lamb rack fillet roasted with spinach and pistachio crust with rosemary, red wine and lamb juice
Charred sirloin steak with horseradish, garlic, French onions and red wine
Eye fillet of beef served with beef juice, garlic, peppers, Dijon mustard and brandy
Corn fed chicken breast grilled with a sprinkle of herbs, served with a creamy sauce of garlic, white wine and parsley.
Chicken thigh fillet dipped in Cajun spices, pan fried or grilled and served on a bed of rice and salad
Veal steak tenderised with parsley, garlic and pepper, pan fried and served with brandy sauce
Tasmanian Salmon roasted in garlic, lemon juice and cracked pepper
Marinated King Prawns fried in butter and olive oil, garlic, eschallots, parsley and ginger, served on a bed of rice
