An open plan gourmet kitchen and family room amply caters for larger groups and features a slow combustion fire. The fire is flued through to the upstairs bedrooms ensuring the whole house is cosy and comfortable during the cooler months.
	The kitchen offers all mod cons, including - microwave; dishwasher; large fridge and enormous Eurolec oven; walk-in pantry and bar fridge. The dining table seats 10 so large groups can easily be accommodated.
The rear deck amply provides for the barbeque fanatic - with a gas barbeque and a Weber- and offers a perfect spot for drinks while watching the sun set over the valley. A timber and glass conservatory opening from the family room offers a warm sunny corner for afternoon tea or a quiet read.
The large fully equipped laundry opens into the double garage which provides a great rumpus area should the weather take a turn for the worse- pull out the table tennis table or have a quick game of darts or just let the kids burn off some energy with a game of handball.

	Upstairs the spacious landing opens to two enormous luxury bedrooms both offering Queen size beds and lovely outlooks.Two other bedrooms each provide two single beds plus an additional trundle (total 6 single beds).
