Bed & Breakfast

Privacy & serenity are a key aim, hence we offer facilities for singles, for one couple only (or max of 4 friends / family in one group), in your choice of 2 newly renovated luxury bedrooms.

One bedroom contains a Queen size bed & en-suite bathroom.
The other bedroom contains 2 King size singles, with an adjacent private use full bathroom.
The bedrooms also feature electric blankets & heaters (& fans for the warmer months)
Breakfast (included in the tariff ) is your choice of full country fare, or continental.
Other meals (including a picnic hamper for that idyllic spot) are available on request (only at the B&B facility).
A cooking set-up is available for light snacks, along with gas BBQ in the courtyard.

A large private lounge is provided for the exclusive use of B&B guests & features:

Open log fire & electric heater
Television, VCR, DVD player
CD / radio / quality furnishings
A variety of books, magazines, paper-backs, and board games
Free video /DVD library (only at B&B facility)

TARIFFS / CONDITIONS Subject to change without notice
Mon - Thurs	$145 per night for two people
Fri/Sat/Sun Public Holidays	$185 per night for two people
Extra persons at $50 per person per night (max of 2 extra)
Discounts available for singles, and for extended stay beyond 4 nights. Sorry - no pets in the B&B area (OK however at the cottages).
Usual terms - 50% deposit when booking, balance due 10 days before arrival Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX Check in - after 2:30pm, out - before 10:00am For other conditions, see written booking confirmation
Evening Meals: by forward arrangement, and including special dietary needs, 3 courses - $42.50 per person
