Cocktail Party
1. As hors d'oeuvres for guests before a function: from $18 per person (GST inclusive)
2. Cocktail party: from $33 per person (GST inclusive)

Wedding and Functions:
Menus range from $73.50 to $89.50 (GST inclusive)

Smaller functions (from 30 up to 60 guests):
Smaller function are accommodated in individual parts of the restaurant. Menus can be chosen from the Wedding and Function Menus, from our current A-la-carte menu or established individually in conjunction with our chef.

Conferences:
The Blue Mountains host a vast variety of conferences over a period of days. The Hillcrest Coachman is the perfect choice for that alternate evening out, away from the conference venue. Menus are created individually for each occasion to suit the particular requirements.
