We support *Slow Food principles at Cloudlands and the breakfast provisions we leave for ALL BREAKFASTS during your stay reflect our passion for supporting small business, organic food, regional cuisine and artisan producers (especially the Mountains' fabulous small organic sourdough bakeries). We are equally passionate about the recovery of recipes, taste education and time-honoured traditions and customs such as jam-making and fruit preserving. Cloudlands' breakfasts are unique! (*The international Slow Food movement was founded in 1986 as a response to the standardizing effects of fast food and now has thousands of members in 104 countries around the world, consisting of local focus groups called Convivia.
