Central Highlands of explorer country NSW.
This splendid Nationally Classified Bank Building
and premises was built in 1872 by Mr. Arthur Budden and includes a
unique stable block and loft.
Awarded the National Heritage Trust Heritage Award 2000.
Buddens is located 25 picturesque minutes west of Oberon or south of
Bathurst.

village green, bounded by Peppers Creek.

the various buildings. For the outdoor folk there is bushwalking,
fossicking and great trout fishing in the
local streams and at nearby
Chifley Dam.
Discover the scenic delights of our Central
Highlands countryside whilst visiting nearby Jenolan Caves and
Abercrombie Caves and the charming villages within this area.
After your discovery tour of Rockley and the district you can enjoy the
delights of our tranquil Rockley Bank Tea Rooms which is located in the
old Banking Chamber of the building and watch the water trickle over the
weir as you enjoy our fine coffee.
