With solar passive design the house is cool during the summer and warm during the winter. From the living area look out on to the bush reserve. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a spa, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

There is an extra toilet and shower with laundry facilities.
The dining setting is for 6 persons, and fire wood is supplied for the slow combustion heater. There are also additional electrical heating available.
