Blue Gum House is a fully self contained house, situated in Blackheath within walking distance to the most spectacular scenery, swimming pool, golf course and restaurants.

With solar passive design, the house is cool during the summer and warm during the winter. From the living area look out onto the bush reserve. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a spa and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

There is an extra toilet and shower with laundry facilities.

The dining setting is for 6 persons, and fire wood is supplied for the slow combustion heater. There is also additional electrical heating available.

There is a 37 inch LCD TV, a VCR and plenty of books, videos, CDs and games.
